Paul's Rib Piece

A good friend of mine came into town to get some work finished up and worked on. on the rose he had a horrible reaction to the star bright greens and reds i used. so we tried again with Fusion ink and i love how it ended up looking. on the reaper we squeezed in a couple sessions of black. he couldn't hand much.

New Shit

Been a little bit since my last update. hmm well My wife is now 11 weeks pregnant with our second child! I started School at the Art Institute of Houston back in August. going for a bachelor in Graphic Design. Made a few fliers for SouthSide skate park for the Make A Wish event at the end of this month. tattooed a few friends that I'm stoked on. got my knuckles done by Taylor Bristow at the shop while we were bored i also got diamonds tattooed behind my ear where you can see them through my plugs. other than that I've been keeping my head in the books and pencil to the sketchpad.

so i got my new machines in this week. all new set of Fusion ink...
anyway have 2 more pieces finished for the series. i will post them soon.
ran into the guy that got me started tattooing, Blake Bristow. im gunna hook him up with a tattoo soon!

also started a rib piece I'm truly exited about! it also inspired my next and fourth piece in the series.

wanting to look into getting my series in a gallery or show. my expectations aren't too high. i would like to do a group showing. who knows though.

I also got bored and tattooed a smoking fish on my ankle. The fish is drawn by Jeremy Fish in his new book i bought. I'm a big fan of this man. HA

Initial Thoughts...

It's almost 2 in the morning.
Another night my brain tediously works to keep my exhausted body awake.
I'm eager to get back to the shop Thursday to finish this piece of flash.
Just watched new episode of "FRINGE". Good shit i must say. also started watching a movie i was trying to avoid. "The Mist" wasn't That bad.
but that's what my home life is like for now.
On my days off, all i do is wake up, watch my beautiful son and wait for my wife to get home from work around 7pm. Not much of a home life. I truly feel like a zombie half my days. every parent can testify lol.

I work at a tattoo shop in the clear lake area, Bad Boyz off of nasa rd.1
I started here beginning of Nov. It's been kinda rough starting at this shop the beginning of winter. Here in Houston, the slightest change in weather will keep people in their homes, but when i was tattooing in North Chicago nobody gave a fuck. I was always busy. But I'm sure the word will get out sooner or later.

well i guess I'm gunna crash like the twin towers(too soon?) lol~goodnight.
